Beyond Tokyo does not ship physical products.

All services offered are travel bookings, digital documentation, and on-ground coordination.


1. Nature of Delivery

After you reserve your place on a journey, you will receive all materials digitally, including:

  • Booking confirmation
  • Visa Support Pack
  • Pre-departure documents and instructions
  • Trip updates and coordination messages
  • On-ground support information

There is no physical shipment associated with our journeys.

We do not provide shipping, courier services, tracking numbers, or delivery logistics.


2. Delivery Method

All communication and documents are delivered to the:

  • Email address you enter at checkout
  • WhatsApp number you provide at booking

Delivery is considered successfully completed when the message or document is sent from our system, email platform, or WhatsApp.


3. Delivery Timelines

You can typically expect:

Booking Confirmation Within minutes of completing your reservation
Visa Support Pack Immediately after your reservation
Hotel details, visa letters, insurance information, and booking-specific confirmations After full payment is received
Pre-Departure Guide Typically 7–14 days before travel
Daily coordination and travel updates Before and during the journey


These timelines may vary depending on operational requirements, group confirmation status, or supplier response times.


4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful digital delivery, you are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address and WhatsApp number
  • Checking spam, promotions, junk, or filtered folders
  • Keeping your phone and email accessible
  • Informing us promptly if your contact details change

We are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate, inactive, or inaccessible contact details.


5. If You Do Not Receive Your Documents

If you do not receive your booking confirmation or pre-departure information within the expected timeframe, please contact us:

6. No Physical Shipping

Since Beyond Tokyo provides only digital services and travel coordination:

  • No items are shipped
  • No delivery charges apply
  • No customs, duties, or logistics tracking are involved
  • All service fulfilment occurs digitally or during the journey itself
